I have just finished an 1hr 45 min call with your Sales Advisor, Caspar. I felt the need to send an immediate review of this experience.

We are two parents looking to purchase our son his first gaming PC for a joint BIRTHDAY AND XMAS present...its a huge expense and is on something we know nothing about! The anxiety of such a purchase has therefore been constant for weeks ...

In the time spent with Caspar we have become relaxed and totally at ease with what we are embarking on. Perhaps slightly more informed on high spec PCs but most definitely 100% comfortable that we are purchasing from true professionals.

Caspar was fantastic throughout; explaining things in simple terms, amending the quote and showing total patience.

We cant thank him enough and Im left simply thinking 'I wish Caspar worked for me!'

Without doubt the best service provided by any company I have purchased ANYTHING off!

I purchased a P.C. from PCSpecialist over seven years ago and not knowing anything about computer systems other than what I was instructed to have, as a minimum in a PC, in order to operate a drawing program, I trusted their expertise. I've been using this PC since and never had any issues with this system. Recently I started to receive prompts on screen indicating the storage was running low in the system.
I contacted the technical support team for advise and was amazed that the support I received was not only helpful but informative and the support representative, Muhammad, explained each step in great detail and with exceptional patience, the steps to rectify the issue I was experiencing. Needless to say the issues have been resolved and the system is operating without any warning notifications.
I'm sure there will be many people that will find my issue trivial but when a person like myself does not have a lot of technical experience backing up stuff can be a nervous project. If an "operating file" is moved casing the system to crash I would not have a clue how to work through the problem and the pc would have to be brought to a shop for repair.
If you are looking for a PC consider this, who else will provide you with technical support more than seven years after you purchase a PC? Who will provide technical support without charging and using it as an opportunity to sell you something else? From my experience NOBODY.

I can confidently say I have received a top class product and exceptional service for PCSpecialist and I would highly recommend them to anybody considering purchasing a computer.

So, I had a couple of issues with my laptop, and it had to be sent back in twice. This sounds like a negative way to start a testimonial, but hear me out...

The service I received during this was up there with the best customer service i've ever received. Rhys in the RMA team was absolutely fantastic with me. He talked me through everything that was going on, and answered every question that I had.

Despite the issues not being fully resolved on the first return, I didn't mind it having to go back in a second time, because i fully trusted the team to be able to resolve the issues I had, purely down to the service that I received from Rhys.

Everything was also done in a really timely matter. I now have my laptop back and it is working absolutely perfectly, and much better than a laptop from a high street retailer for the same price would perform.

Genuinely great work from PCSpecialist. I chose to have a custom prebuilt PC. The quality and care that went into my build and tidiness was great. Very reasonably priced for what you are getting. Very fast delivery also and keep you updated along the way.Would highly recommend.
