I ordered a prebuild from PCSpecialist and the process could not have been smoother. What I was getting was easy to understand and was very well priced when I looked up the individual parts.
My PC was shipped the next day and I had it within two days as was shipping to Ireland.
The PC was very safely packaged ensuring no issues with transport.
The instructions for setup via email and with the PC were very detailed and clear.
Setup was easy and I appreciated the manuals and extra parts were also provided.
Machine has been running smoothly and no issues.
Overall, very happy with my new PC and the level of care taken.

I recently purchased a gaming rig (Fractal Focus II) from PCSpecialist, and I'm very happy with my purchase. The performance of the machine is outstanding; it runs all my favorite AAA games smoothly and efficiently.

What truly stood out to me, however, was the exceptional post-sale support I received from Christopher. After setting up my PC, I had a few questions regarding the cables and their connections. Christopher was incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. His expertise made the setup process much easier and stress-free.

What a wonderful service you guys supply. Our Laptop, built by you a few years ago, developed a fault. Over the telephone one of your engineers slowly and calmly helped me dismantle the computer and we went through a couple of steps to see if the issue could be resolved. We had no luck. Unfortunately we were out of warranty but the cost of returning the laptop securely and quickly was very reasonable and this cost also included the first hour of labour. Once received you were excellent at keeping us informed of the progress and once the issue was located and a small payment was made for a new charger the laptop was cleaned, tested and returned quickly to us. We can’t thank you enough. When we eventually come to get a new laptop we will definitely contact you again. Everyone should get their computers/laptops from you! Many thanks again.

Over the past 22 years, I've only purchased D*** computers while others in my place of work have been purchasing PCSpecialist computers for the past 10 years. So when it came to refreshing my work desktop in which needed a high spec for machine learning and software development purposes, I decided to see that PCSpecialist could give me.

I was able to select the specific components I wanted (like I was able to do with D*** in early days but they've stopped giving so many options). When I purchased the PCSpecialist computer, communications was from the top drawer and the computer arrived on schedule. The build quality is superb and the speed of the resulting machine is excellent.

I'd recommend anyone stuck in brand loyalty to give them a try.

This has been the first PC I have purchased from PCSpecialist and they have exceeded even my most positive expectations. The Live help was knowledgeable and unbiased and really helped me make the choices to get what I wanted. I did a lot of looking around before choosing PCSpecialist, they were top of my list on price before I had a recommendation from a friend who had previously purchased a PC from them.

From placing the order it has been a little over 4 days for it to be built, tested and shipped. I was kept informed at all stages on the progress of the build, couldn't have asked for more.

When she arrived, was unpacked and set up, she was a thing of beauty. The workmanship inside is exceptional and the quality of the build is superb. Not that I will need to think about it for a while, but next the PC I buy will be from PCSpecialist. Whether you want to configure a PC from scratch, buy a pre-built PC or somewhere between the two I couldn't recommend PCSpecialist more highly.

Thank you for a totally brilliant service. Very easy process even for a complete novice like me. Laptop spec is way more than I could have realistically expected had I gone for a branded one and at a brilliant price. Build time was nothing short of amazing and I was kept up to date throughout the whole process every day. All the parts and casing feel very good quality and the set up was straightforward. I’m going to be recommending you to everyone, thank you!

Iv always used PCSpecialist for my PC requirements - both in office and at home for a gaming setup.

The site is super simple to follow, offers good value for money, and I always find assembly time and dispatch to be very quick.

On the one or two occasions I have experienced an issue, all very minor, the support team is easy to contact, and very thorough and quick to reply.

The whole experience, as someone that knows a little about Computers, using the site and specifically the PC Builder tool was easy, informative and intuitive to navigate.
I could change any component and get real time cost adjustments, ensuring I didn't have to go through the whole process each time I made a change. I had a budget and I could change my config easily to maximize the spec as I wanted.
Moreover, when I clicked proceed, the site would instantly tell me if there were any conflicts in my build or if I had over spec'd. Very useful.
The customer service has been excellent, including emails confirming what stage my build was at, including a link to a 360 degree picture, so I could inspect the build quality. The cable management was excellent and they also supported my request to leave the GPU cable easily accessible for me to install my own card.
Could not be happier.
Overall, I may have been able to source the same spec cheaper but the level of customer service, speed of service and attention to detail has been excellent.
I am not one for leaving reviews, but PCSpecialist have earned it !

This is my fourth PC from PCSpecialist, and I have to say, this is the best company of any sort that I have ever ordered from.
From start to finish, the whole process is seamless and effortless. Building a spec on the website is really easy; the way in which it guides you through, and lets you know if there are issues with the combination of components you have chosen is really clever and fills you with confidence.
I was kept informed of progress all the way through, and even got a 360 view of my build once it was completed. The packing of the machine and the delivery was perfectly executed, and exactly to the timescale that they advertised.
The build quality is superb, and I have to confess, better than any machine I’ve put together myself! Setup was all pretty much done for me, and the whole thing worked perfectly straight out of the box.
This is a top notch company, I am very impressed and a very happy customer!
